Every veteran deserves a door of their own. We're building 21 of them.
Veterans 1st of NEW is building Cottage Court — 17 × 400 sqft and 4 × 600 sqft tiny homes plus an on-site community center serving veterans across Northeast Wisconsin. The build is happening right now.

The problem Veterans 1st solves
Too many veterans return home to instability — couch-surfing, unsafe rentals, or living out of a vehicle. A safe door of your own isn't a luxury; it's the foundation for everything else: a job, treatment, family, dignity. Veterans 1st of NEW is building Cottage Court so that veterans in Northeast Wisconsin have a real home and the on-site community to help them rebuild from it.
